Cheesy Chicken Pasta

Totally just pulled this out of the air but it was a big hit with the Hubs!

1 or 2 chicken breast
1 box of penne (I used the small ones)
1/2 can Rotel
1 can chedder cheese soup
1 package of taco seasoning
1 or 2 tablespoons of Ranch dressing
about 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 cup milk

Here's what I did...

I boiled the chicken and set aside
In another pan I boiled the noodles and drained, set aside
in the pan I boiled the noodles I heated the chedder soup, added the milk, ranch, cumin, and rotel and taco seasoning. added back in the noodles and shredded the chicken and mixed all together.
Put it in a casserole dish and grated cheese over the top and put in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350.

Hamburger soup

I told a friend I would type out the recipe... so here it is!

Sorry, picture taken with my phone

1 pound Hamburger
1 pound sausage (optional)
1 can Rotell or just plain diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can green beans (any style)
4 good sized potatoes (peeled and diced)
1 64oz bottle tomato juice

Spices~ 1 beef bullion cube, pepper, and garlic salt.

Brown hamburger/sausage and drain fat, add Rotell or diced tomatoes, add corn (drain water out) add green beans (drain water out) add potatoes, add in spices and tomato juice. Heat until potatoes are soft. I mix it all up in our pressure cooker/ crockpot and leave it.
Hope you like it... You can add different veggies, these are just the ones we like best!

WOW, long time no posts...

I have been really bad about getting on here...  Let me just give some updates for a minute. I am still at the portrait studio but no longer the manager, instead I'm a bus driver and LOVE it. I'm home more with my family and off when my oldest is out of school. My husband has since been laid off from the base where he was civillian contracted because of budget cut backs. We had a great thanksgiving. We adopted a military family from our church (because that's what someone did for us in San Diego) and loved having them with us. We are getting ready for Christmas as normal and enjoying time as a family. I'm sure I'll get better about posting, and get back to the way things were but for now that's really all I got...

WAIT... one more thing

I am no longer a Scentsy consultant, not that anyone has really ordered from me... but I refused to work and sell for a company that does their consultants wrong.
