Whole30 days 2 & 3

I'm loving this way of eating! It's simple and filling, I've cut out most of my snacking! 

Day 2 

Breakfast- I had zeal and a banana 

Lunch- I had my amazing salad with a salmon fillet 



Dinner- taco salad with hamburger and guacamole

I did snack on some nuts after workout 


Day 3

I woke up with a migraine (haven't had one of those in almost 2 years!) 

Breakfast- I made some scrabbled eggs with leftover hamburger and  guacamole

Lunch- I had roasted sweet potatoes with cinnamon and a chicken breast 

Dinner- I made my salad again with the salmon fillet 

My snack today was an apple with almond butter... Yum!

Whole30 challenge

It's that day!!!! The dreaded Monday!!! This week will go by super fast though because Halloween is on Friday!!!

I am starting the whole30 Challenge today, and super excited about it! 



I'll probably be posting a lot of pictures just so I can remember what I did and when...


Of course I started with my zeal this morning! 

I had an Apple post workout (Half stadium stairs and half body pump) 

For lunch I had this yummy salad! Salmon fillet and power greens with a drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil




Dinner was so yummy! Grilled chicken,grilled zucchini and yellow squash and  cumber and tomato salad! 


For snacks I had a banana and a seed and nut trail mix. I would say that today has been a pretty successful day!

Menu plan Monday 10/13/14

We are off today so I hit the gym ran to the grocery store and got to do some cleaning! It's starting to get cooler so now I can make more crockpot meals... This is what we are having this week...

Monday- grilled chicken, twice baked potatoes and steamed asparagus
Tuesday- chicken quesadillas
Wednesday- breakfast for dinner
Thursday- sloppy Joe's, and french fries
Friday- girls night out
Saturday- homemade chicken strips, French fries and gravy
Sunday- beans and cornbread
