Whole30 days 2 & 3

I'm loving this way of eating! It's simple and filling, I've cut out most of my snacking! 

Day 2 

Breakfast- I had zeal and a banana 

Lunch- I had my amazing salad with a salmon fillet 



Dinner- taco salad with hamburger and guacamole

I did snack on some nuts after workout 


Day 3

I woke up with a migraine (haven't had one of those in almost 2 years!) 

Breakfast- I made some scrabbled eggs with leftover hamburger and  guacamole

Lunch- I had roasted sweet potatoes with cinnamon and a chicken breast 

Dinner- I made my salad again with the salmon fillet 

My snack today was an apple with almond butter... Yum!
