So I don't know if anyone noticed, but I disappeared again... I was really getting into Paleo lifestyle and trying to treat my hypothyroidism! I am back now... You will still see Paleo recipes, but I will try to mix in a little bit of everything else too. This week is our spring break, so things have been a little crazy trying to keep the kids entertained! Thursday: Porkchops, Green beans & rice
Saturday: chicken and dumplings
Sunday: beans and cornbread
