It's HUMP day and Weigh in Wednesday! What are you doing to stay fit? Are you losing it? trying something new? Gluten Free? Clean Eating? After my rut that I was in last week I decided that Monday was a new week and I was going to 'kill it'... I did weights Monday night and I'm still sore! LOL Did abs yesterday and today it's legs!
